SPA Etiquette

SPA etiquette from A to Z. Please note our spa etiquette to ensure that you and all our guests feel comfortable.

Booking treatments

We would recommend that you book your treatments before your arrival. We would be happy to call you back to offer expert professional advice.

You can change, move or cancel an appointment up to 24 hours in advance. We will charge the cost of the treatment, minus 20%, should you cancel later than this or not show up for a treatment.

Take your time

Complete relaxation takes time: Please arrive at our SPA reception approx. 10 minutes before the start of your treatment. Delays will reduce the duration of your treatment.

All the times given in this brochure are approximate times and relate to the entire time of the pampering treatment including discussion of your medical history and final relaxation time. Plan in a quiet relaxation time of around 20 minutes at the end of a treatment. You’ll find plenty of space for this in the Quiet Room, library and our Pool Suite. Don’t plan too much and eat a light meal before a treatment – our wellness buffet is available to you every day up to 17.00.

Should you suffer from any complaints, have recently had surgery, be taking drugs or be pregnant: please advise us at the time of booking, but definitely before the treatment itself.

Out of respect for other guests, we would politely request that you do not reserve loungers throughout the entire SPA area and the quiet rooms. Please use our pool baskets and carry your personal items with you in the pool. sauna and treatment areas.
